The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization has named Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. to its 2025 list of Industrial Empowerment Chain-Leader Enterprises. The recognition reflects Santoni’s role in manufacturing digitalization, industrial-internet enablement and value-chain collaboration.
To advance smart manufacturing and lean operations, Santoni continues to develop MES execution, visual production control, intelligent warehousing and logistics, digital dashboards and reporting systems, moving management from experience-led decisions toward data-driven operations.
Its knitting-industry internet platform supports connected equipment and IoT data collection, while big-data analysis and AI models contribute to production optimization, equipment-health monitoring and predictive maintenance. Three-dimensional digital design tools also shorten development cycles and reduce sampling and material waste.
