Santoni Pioneer Program will last for 2 month which starts from 23rd March, expect to finish until 19th May.

Currently designers are in training status, this morning our supplier Invista gave a specific yarn training. After obtained, we leave circuLAB to showroom to learn more together with practice.

After designers have some knowledge for Santoni machine and different types of yarn characterstic, rough design will come out in the beginning of April as expected.

Santoni machine SMDJ-2TS 16”E14 was shown in SPINEXPO spring/summer session of 2015,  samples with new technology, stitch and structure attracted a lot of visitors.

Besides, we cooperated with famous Holland designer EVA DE LAAT, BY BORRE, support garment design and R&D for SPINEXPO active wear area.

Perfect design combined with advanced technology, coming out FLOW-IMPACT-ADVENTURE 3 series of garments which received quite a lot warm comments and interests from visitors. We believe these will be the market trend for active wear garments. We keep on moving just want to push more and more new products to come inside the market.

Santoni cooperated with By Borre and Studio Eva de Laat to develop innovative textile application by exploring and researching new frontiers in production techniques. A base where textile and technology come together from the essence of nature, synthetic materials, design and production techniques.

Future lab will explore, research and be inspired by the characteristics, aesthetics and abilities of the fibers and yarns in combination with the latest Santoni technology. Starting from the essence and building it form there, without a real end product or function in mind. A true exploration of  “being” of the materials and knitting technology: the touch, the drape, its functions and meaning.

     In order to show function and characteristic of Santoni latest machine TOP2 FAST, Santoni cooperated with Invista and Eva De Laat studio, work out three styles of garments that is yoga, sports and street which is combined with Invista new yarn and market fashion trend.

     People showed many interests in the garments, we received a lot of warm response.

On 28th Oct, in order to train company personnel, we invited Professor Long Hairu, visiting professor of SCL, from the Textile Institute of Donghua University to popularize the knowledge about knitting technology.

As off-campus practice base of the Textile Institute, Donghua University, 11 students came SCL to attend two weeks’ training on 15th Sep. Senior After Service Engineer of Santoni(Shanghai), chief lecturer of SCL Bob Cen gave students some simple training and guidance. On 26th Sep, CEO of Santoni(Shanghai), the Principal of SCL Mr.Belotti issued the certificate for students.

Santoni cooperated with English designer C.V.G to develop various of samples and these samples were displayed in PH value this time.

Meanwhile Santoni worked with Holland design team, successfully developed B.B suits, 

one wearable air cleaning garment, which is an entirely new concept for garment wearing. 

During KEQIAO International Textile Expo, Santoni Zenit and Pulsar large diameter machines were displayed onsite,
