Welcome to SCL
Santoni (Shanghai) has been adhering to the principle of exploitation and innovation, focusing on new machine development, technical advancement, and service quality. As an industry pioneer, Santoni established the Santoni Training Center in 2011. In response to new forms of industry exchange, Santoni worked with the China Knitting Industry Association (CKIA) and Donghua University to upgrade the original training center in 2013 and rename it Santoni CircuLAB (SCL). SCL is dedicated to becoming an advanced technology and information exchange platform for the circular knitting industry.
Rich technical expertise is the core strength of SCL. Santoni combines its leadership in seamless knitting with a strong technical and product development team. Working with designers from the Santoni Pioneer Program (SPP), the team explores new applications and the limits of circular knitting, while providing product-development solutions for brands, customers, yarn manufacturers, and universities.
Knowledge sharing and clear research goals provide a strong foundation for SCL. Seminars bring together experts, professors, yarn suppliers, and brands to exchange knowledge about knitting materials, knitting technology, finishing, and product development. Supported by CKIA and Donghua University, SCL uses Santoni technology to serve customers and partners as a knitting technology and information exchange platform.
